Gadi Binness — President and CEO

Gadi Binness has more than 30 years of management, sales, and business development experience in the relocation, transportation and Internet industries. His relocation career started with Shleppers Moving and Storage, one of New York’s most prominent and successful moving companies, where he held key sales and operation positions. After establishing and growing his own successful moving and storage company, he joined Meyers Moving as a partner and Vice President. Gadi was instrumental in establishing Meyer’s relationship with Mayflower Transit and increasing the agency’s revenues over a period of two years. After selling his portion of the business, Gadi tapped the growing Internet and e-commerce markets as the VP of Business Development with (later, the industry’s leading relocation website. In this capacity he was responsible for creating online partnerships with the Web’s leading real estate portals, generating millions of dollars in revenues for Gadi established Relocation Insurance Group (RIG) in 2003. The company has revolutionized the way consumers and relocation vendors purchase all types of relocation insurance. Gadi holds Property and Casualty Insurance Producer licenses in all states, and Life and Accident/Health licenses in NJ and NY.

Affiliate Management

Maria Hoss, CRP — Affiliate Network Manager

With more than 18 years of relocation industry experience, Maria Hoss is responsible for onboarding, training and maintaining relationships with moving and storage industry affiliates. She is instrumental in making sure that we maximize the insurance referral potential in our affiliate network. Maria’s past roles include working as an acquisition and relocation agent for the State of Colorado and serving as a global vendor manager and senior relocation consultant for Graebel Companies.

Business Development & Sales

Randi Krantz — Director of Business Development & Sales

Randi Krantz is responsible for new business acquisition and retention. Specifically, she finds and develops new business affiliates. Randi’s 22 years of marketing and sales experience has given her a strong understanding of e-commerce and affiliate marketing. Her prior positions include working as the vice president of business development for DAMCO Properties (which managed websites such as and and serving as the vice president of business development for

Seun Adeyemi — Senior Insurance Consultant

Seun Adeyemi has worked in sales for six years, with three years in the moving industry. At Robert Wood Johnson Wellness Center, Seun worked as a sales manager overseeing a team of eight people. As a manager, Seun oversaw monthly sales goals while using his experience and leadership to make sure they were achieved. At Relocation Insurance Group, Seun assists clients inquiring about moving, storage and logistics insurance programs. Between, and, he interacts with approximately 90 customers every day. Seun is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance agent as well as a licensed Travel Insurance agent.

Customer Service

Amanda Loyd — Customer Service Manager

Amanda Loyd has a background in sales and customer service, with four years of experience in the moving industry. Her experience with transportation began at UniGroup, Inc. where she worked in the government department coordinating moves for military and government employees. She was then asked to help pilot a program for Allegiant Move Management, a subsidiary of UniGroup, which offered move management services to UniGroup agents with authority to move military individuals and families. Acting as Account Manager, Amanda helped grow the program from one account to fifty accounts in just over two years. At Relocation Insurance Group, Amanda is an Insurance Consultant and helps customers determine the coverage options that are best suited for their relocation needs. She is also a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance agent.

Jane McCarthy — Customer Service Manager

Jane McCarthy has worked in customer service for 30 years, with 25 years in the moving industry. At United Van Lines, Jane worked as a customer service clerk, a dispatcher and a master lease counselor. She also handled customer service for national accounts, COD and origin and served as destination coordinator on local and long distance moves. She then went to work for a United Van Line agent as a long distance dispatcher where the fleet grew from five to 30 drivers. At Relocation Insurance Group, Jane manages the customer service department for where she interacts with approximately 75 customers a day. Jane is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance agent.


Jeff Harrison — Claims Department Manager

Jeff Harrison is a multi-line claim adjuster, specializing in household goods and personal effects. Prior to becoming a claim adjuster with Relocation Insurance Group, Mr. Harrison worked for 15 years as a dispatcher, planner, and claims adjuster for United Van Lines and Mayflower Van Lines. Jeff is a member of the CPPC (Claims Prevention and Procedure Council) and his claims experience includes work on claims (including household goods, antiques, cars and office equipment) for the likes of Nike, Wells Fargo, and Cognizant.

Tina Gaugh – Claims Adjuster

Tina serves moving insurance customers, investigates claims and thoroughly enjoys the adjusting process. Tina has more than 19 years of relocation and transportation industry experience, previously working as a claims adjusting specialist and claims trainer for UniGroup LLC, as well as working at Landstar, TLC, where she issued vehicle permits, completed paperwork necessary for new drivers, and kept brokerage insurance paperwork current. Tina is licensed as a Property and Casualty Adjuster by the State of Texas.


Geoffrey Stanton — Director of Technology

With a background in software design and architecture, Geoffrey Stanton brings vast online application development experience to RIG. Concentrating on development with the .Net framework, Geoff aims to integrate technology into core business processes while simplifying the user experience. By focusing on infrastructure design and developing tools that increase efficiency without sacrificing usability, he has helped to make the #1 destination for users of all types seeking to purchase moving insurance online. Geoffrey Stanton earned Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Franklin Pierce College of New Hampshire.
