With more than 150 years of combined experience, we know the moving, relocation and cargo insurance industries better than anyone. We strive to work with innovation and creativity every day. While many people strive to “think outside the box,” our team takes that concept to the next level. Our goal is to “Think Outside the Block” and to find new ways to solve industry challenges. Gadi Binness — President and CEO

Gadi Binness has more than 30 years of management, sales, and business development experience in the relocation, transportation and Internet industries. His relocation career started with Shleppers Moving and Storage, one of New York’s most prominent and successful moving companies, where he held key sales and operation positions. After establishing and growing his own successful moving and storage company, he joined Meyers Moving as a partner and Vice President. Gadi was instrumental in establishing Meyer’s relationship with Mayflower Transit and increasing the agency’s revenues over a period of two years. After selling his portion of the business, Gadi tapped the growing Internet and e-commerce markets as the VP of Business Development with (later, the industry’s leading relocation website. In this capacity he was responsible for creating online partnerships with the Web’s leading real estate portals, generating millions of dollars in revenues for Gadi established Relocation Insurance Group (RIG) in 2003. The company has revolutionized the way consumers and relocation vendors purchase all types of relocation insurance. Gadi holds Property and Casualty Insurance Producer licenses in all states, and Life and Accident/Health licenses in NJ and NY.

Business Development & Sales

Randi Krantz — Director of Business Development & Sales

Randi Krantz is responsible for new business acquisition and retention. Specifically, she finds and develops new business affiliates. Randi’s 22 years of marketing and sales experience has given her a strong understanding of e-commerce and affiliate marketing. Her prior positions include working as the vice president of business development for DAMCO Properties (which managed websites such as and and serving as the vice president of business development for

Trish Arpin – Insurance Consultant

There are very few insurance experts who grew up in the moving industry, but Trish Arpin is one them. The Arpin family owns a fourth-generation moving company – Coastal Moving and Storage –headquartered in Georgia. As part of the Coastal team, Trish served the moving industry for 26 years, starting as a billing clerk and ending her tenure as the Chief Accounting Officer.  In 2011, Trish decided to explore new career options and discovered that insurance offered a perfect fit.  For the past several years, she’s learned all aspects of moving insurance and now she brings Relocation Insurance Group clients the unique combination of moving and insurance expertise.  As an insurance consultant, she assists customers with insuring their goods while they are being moved.

Customer Service

Amanda Loyd — Customer Service Manager

Amanda Loyd has a background in sales and customer service, with four years of experience in the moving industry. Her experience with transportation began at UniGroup, Inc. where she worked in the government department coordinating moves for military and government employees. She was then asked to help pilot a program for Allegiant Move Management, a subsidiary of UniGroup, which offered move management services to UniGroup agents with authority to move military individuals and families. Acting as Account Manager, Amanda helped grow the program from one account to fifty accounts in just over two years. At Relocation Insurance Group, Amanda started as an Insurance Consultant and helped customers determine the coverage options that were best suited for their relocation needs. She then transitioned into a Customer Service role where her top priority is customer satisfaction. She is also a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance agent.


Pam Maiorano – Controller

As the controller at Relocation Insurance Group, Pam Maiorano manages the finance department and serves as a human resources administrator. She’s responsible for the weekly and monthly financial reporting, as well as the annual reports, business registration and producer licenses for all states. With more than 20 years of experience in accounting and administration, she’s knowledgeable in general accounting, payroll and benefits and budgeting. Before accepting her current position, she served as the controller for a construction company and the accounting manager for a large retail chain. She has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Montclair State University.


Jeff Harrison — Claims Department Manager

Jeff Harrison is a multi-line claim adjuster, specializing in household goods and personal effects. Prior to becoming a claim adjuster with Relocation Insurance Group, Mr. Harrison worked for 15 years as a dispatcher, planner, and claims adjuster for United Van Lines and Mayflower Van Lines. Jeff is a member of the CPPC (Claims Prevention and Procedure Council) and his claims experience includes work on claims (including household goods, antiques, cars and office equipment) for the likes of Nike, Wells Fargo, and Cognizant.


Geoffrey Stanton — Director of Technology

Geoffrey Stanton manages the network of both hardware and software components that connect the Relocation Insurance Group. His focus is on infrastructure design and support, as well as developing tools to increase efficiency without sacrificing usability or security. Mr. Stanton has helped move the company towards a process-driven approach to providing services, to increase agility and streamline existing channels. He is proud to bring over 20 years of experience to assist in the growth of our skillful team of insurance professionals.
